at work or in nursing school. Students will have the opportunity to identify the potential for positive change in their
institution and further develop their professional nursing role competencies in the areas of advocacy and leadership
by reflecting on essential components of the change process. Formal use of surveys or other formal data collection
methods is not allowed.
