Above are the instructions provided by the instructor. I have completed part one already. What I need you to do is part 2. I will provide some guidance. The issues facing police in the future are jurisdiction frameworks, technology, changing nature of crime/terrorism, society and culture. Future departments will embrace network leadership and different approaches on staffing, training, and collaboration with internal and external units. The department in the future will employ evidence-based policing. The rest of this can be completed with proper research. I will assist and provide as much information as necessary. You will have to think outside the box a little bit on this, but again I will provide anything and everything I can to assist you. Work has gotten crazy and I do not currently have time to properly complete this assignment, so I am relying on your experience. It should be further noted this professor grades hard.
