Arrange to interview someone at that organization in person or by phone. This can be a made up person but research should be done on facility and services provided for the homeless in order to answer the questions.
Develop 6-8 interview questions related to the organization’s services and programs, including plans for the future.
Conduct the interview and write a transcript summary of the interview
