The purpose of this assessment is to use existing activities to investigate enablers, risks, and consequences of current trends to develop a greater understanding of why trends develop to provide a basis for analysing emerging and future trends.
Identify and critically analyse one (1) activity, for five different hotels (Australian Branded Hotels only located in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane), currently used in the hotel industry that could be classified as a trend or fad. You will analyse only a total of five different activities, one for each hotel. Use the headings provided to assess the origin, impact, and lifecycle of each activity and any issues or unintended consequences.

• The name of the Hotel, its location and the chosen activity the appropriate column.
• a critical concise discussion on each chosen different activity.

• Ensure your references are placed in the dedicated references list column using APA 7 style (no need for in-text citation).
• A minimum of 10 credible Academic references should be listed in the appropriate reference list column no in-text citations are required
• The word count excludes the cover page and the Hotel name and references columns.
