Identify and describe two methods to keep trainees motivated during training.

NO SOURCES
The purpose of this report is to describe a training program designed by a student (you). The report follows the outline described below. You are designing a NEW eight-hour long orientation program for NEW salesclerks for The Gap stores in the New England region.
Paragraph 1. Situation/Purpose: Identify a company and describe the purpose (and audience) for the training program.
Paragraph 2. Identify at least five learning objectives and describe the reason for selecting these objectives.
Paragraph 3. Identify, describe, and briefly explain the reasons for selecting the instructional methods (five or more).
Paragraph 4. Identify and briefly describe assessment methods (at least two) used to assess achieving the learning objectives. Describe the reasons for selecting these methods.
paragraph 5. Identify and describe two methods to keep trainees motivated during training. Describe the reasons for selecting these methods.
paragraph 6. Identify and describe the complete training program.
paragraph 7. Identify possible problems (two) that could occur DURING training and possible solutions to these problems. Justify your solutions.
paragraph 8. Provide two or more conclusions.
When writing conclusions I want you to state the implications and NOT a summary. The subject can vary. You can write about problems, limitations of the training, suggestions for improving training, inisights gained, etc.
Answer the questions only.
Section 1: tell me the purpose of the report immediately and then state why time management skills are important to students to develop. Drop the Vision and Problem Statement.
Section 2: list the learning objectives.
Remaining sections: answer the questions only and STOP being so wordy. You are not writing a short story.
I want everyone to write using the active voice NOT PASSIVE VOICE.

Re: Purpose of the report
Use the scoring rubric to guide you in formatting and writing the report correctly.
Passive voice: avoid by using the active voice. The passive voice is often associated with the “be” word and “ed” at the end of a word. Examples include will be, had been, was founded, had been discovered, etc.
Get to the point immediately. The page limit is five for the narrative part. Excessive wording eats up valuable space.
Current situation: briefly tell the reader the circumstances requiring this training program and the purpose of the report.
Make use of tables to present information. This method saves you space so that the narrative represents your analyses and other pertinent material.
Use bullets to present key issues clearly and to save space.
Minimize using personal pronouns and the word “it” because these indicate problems with vagueness. Examples of personal pronouns include I, he, she, it, they, them, their, us, we, you, ourselves, themselves, our, etc.
Tables: you need at least two correct tables per report. A correct table shows: label (Table 1), title (Example: Training Program for Learning How to Write Reports), Column headings and a border around the information. The book provides an example of the training program table to use as one of the tables.
Attached is an example of two tables. The content and number of columns is up to you.
Also, the large seven column table MUST be used for the report. I provided the headings for everyone. I suggest you also include tables for the following:
1. Instructional methods
2. Learning objectives
3. Assessment methods
However, in the narrative these tables need explanation. Do not just present a table without a narrative.
