Your beliefs about contemporary views. Contemporary perspectives position children as capable and competent learners. Reflect on this view, in relation to early childhood teaching and learning, and discuss what you believe to be the benefits and potential challenges posed by this view. Make sure you support your ideas with relevant literature (400 words).
It is important that your reflection is clear and concise. You must use first-person writing to articulate your personal views, and third-person writing to support your ideas with specific examples and/or relevant literature. Use a professional tone; imagine that your future employer will read this document at your job interview.
