Assignment: Quality Improvement Project Part 1
Goal:

Identify, describe, and assess a clinical issue that to be
addressed in your Quality Improvement Project.
Content Requirements:
1. Identify
the clinical issue that will be the focus of your Quality Improvement project.
2. Provide
rationale for the need to change the status quo.
3. Identify
best practices from the literature related to the issues.
Submission Instructions:
The
paper is to be clear and concise, and students will lose points for
improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling.

The paper should be
formatted per current APA 7th edition and 2-3 pages in
length, excluding the title page, abstract, and references page with
support from at least 3 academic sources.
Turnitin similarity should be less
than 14%
Analyze
your assessment findings and the family’s answers to your questions.
Quotes “…” cannot be
used at a higher learning level for your
assignments, so sentences need to be paraphrased and referenced.
Acceptable
references include scholarly journal articles or primary legal sources
(statutes, court opinions), journal articles, and books published in the last five
years.
No websites to be referenced without prior approval.
