Objectives:
Select an individual and arrange a time to observed and interviewed.
Summarize an individual’s current period of development according to textbook information and various theorists.
Compare the individual’s physical, cognitive, and psychosocial development to the textbook description, various theories, established norms, and developmental milestones.
Recognize unmet or uncompleted tasks of the individual’s current period of development and age appropriate development tasks. Identify measures to assist the individual to achieve the tasks of his/her stage of development.
Report the individual (or parents) specific issues and topics related to physical, cognitive, and psychosocial growth and development

1 page = Overview of the individual’s biographical data: ex. age, sex, family structure,
