Identify the appropriate human resource components, considerations and issues, social work values and ethics, and analyze options and/or solutions to address the identified issues.

Students will select one of two case examples provided to analyze and respond to. The case examples will present a staff behavioral challenge and/or issue faced by a social work supervisor.
The final product is an 4-6 page paper in which students will identify the appropriate human resource components, considerations and issues, social work values and ethics, and analyze options and/or solutions to address the identified issues. For their chosen case example, students will select an appropriate solution and develop a detailed corrective action plan with performance measurements.
