When you lead a project, there is critical information you need to understand, such as why a project is important to the organization, who has a stake in the outcome, who you’ll need to engage with, and what problems or issues the project needs to solve. This case study provides an opportunity for you to consider how you would set goals for this project, engage with different target audiences, and select the most appropriate communication method for each target audience.
