b.) Understand the Society’s competition. The competition to the TRS is the Niche groups (and mini-niche groups) that have grown from no one (investors) wanting to spend money on toy research. Another competitor is the larger organizations (toy chain stores) which have a better handling on the changing demographics of the industry.
