Identify the writers purpose statement. Is it clear? If not, where/ how might they make the purpose more clear?
Identify a couple of favorite moments or sentences and any that dont make sense or need developing.
What is interesting about this essay? What would make it more interesting?
Does the writer need to add or cut information? Do you notice any places that could benefit from increased description, explanation, or interpretation?
