Section 2:
Formation of cultural and subcultural identity in the company. Be sure to add to the discussion how subculture formation happens from a departmental context (how people create a cultural identity based on the department in which they work), as well as other cultural dimensions (e.g., race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, etc.).
