I will need a paper on a case study from Amsutz International Ethics, the case study is on the challenges to U.S immigration Policy. it will also need to cover the below questions.

-The U.S immigration system involves policies and procedures that guide admissions decisions. While the results offer impartial procedures for entering the U.S. lawfully the excess demand for visas has resulted in many problems, especially a large number of migrants who have arrived without legal inspection or have arrived lawfully but have decided to remain in the country after theirvias expired. How Should the U.S government address the excess demand for immigrant admissions.

-3/4 of immigrant visas are given to families, while roughly 1/4 are allocated for work. Is the U.S policy of granting preferential treatment to familes morally justified?
