The presentation will review an important topic (e.g. impact of fisheries on marine mammals, the roles of marine mammals in ecosystems, impact of noise on cetaceans, effects of climate change, etc.). You will have to review at least 8 publications in your assignment. Scientific presentation will have to be solely based on the scientific Literature (peer-reviewed) total 8.
You can start with the broad significance of the topic chosen, review the research done (provide examples of studies carried out), and finish your presentations by perspectives (needs for research, challenges). Remember to cite your sources/references on your slides (e.g., Kiszka et al. 2021; Heithaus and Dill 2000; Smith 1999) and to provide a reference list at the end of your presentation.
