2 findings – a page a piece! very important!!!!!!!! Anatomy in The News Students are to find a current event that pertains to Anatomy & Physiology in the news. Sources must be from a Journal, Creditable Newspaper, or approved website (see below). Students will have to write a one-page summary of their findings. In the paper students must briefly describe why they choose that article, how it pertains to anatomy & physiology (be very detailed), and their opinion on the subject matter. Students must cite their references in APA format. If there are no sources given, students will automatically receive a zero. The same topic cannot be chosen each month. For example, if you choose COVID for one month you can not choose it again for the next. Do not copy their information as that is considered plagiarism. Please visit the Plagiarism Guide & Examples Document posted under Additional Resources. Students must submit this at the end of each month (by the 30th or 31st). Here are a list of creditable website and journals that you may use: • New England Journal of Medicine • Journal of American Medical Association • The Lancet • Medical News Today • Medscape • Science Daily • CNN.COM/Health
