Second paper: Review the research paper requirements For the third paper prior to working on the concept map (2nd paper). Create a concept map for your final paper complete with thesis statement, major ideas, and some of the references you will be using. Use the sample concept maps provided above as a guide. The concept map is an important part in the writing process and using it as a writing plan will allow for an organized, clear, and logical flow of information. For some help on what a concept map is, some examples of concept

For the third paper (not due until second paper has been completed): The final research paper represents the culmination of those critical conversations and writing techniques studied throughout the semester. The subject of the paper must relate to healthcare and it must be a concern that is topical, current, or local. Identify a significant healthcare concern and then explore what is happening with regard to that topic in modern medicine. You might also use this assignment to further explore areas examined in previous weeks, such as how culture influences healthcare. Though your personal experiences may inspire your topic choice, the paper will be an objective research paper that does not rely on personal narrative.

At least three academic sources must be provided to support your writing and the paper must adhere to APA format. It must be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font, double spaced, with one inch margins. Be certain to include a title page, abstract, and a complete References page. The finished research paper must include…
A clear thesis pertaining to an analysis of a medical topic. (Statements of fact cannot be thesis statements.)
Five pages. (This refers to your written content only. The page count for the essay does not include the title page, abstract, or References page.)
Academic sources cited in APA format.
Formal voice. The paper’s tone and language must be appropriate to academic or professional writing. (Third person objective voice dominant.)
