debrief about what you observed in the role play held in week six.

The role play was between a manager and an employee who felt disconnected from his group of peers. The particular employee was Indian and felt disrespected by members of the group who made comments in reference to his culture. He also feels left out and not apart of the group. The managers response was to reach out to the employee to check on him and encourage and reassure him that his role plays a major part in the project and asked for ways that he can help contribute to solve the problem.
