Individual Chapter Policy Review

For this assignment, students will review the chapter in the book relative to their assigned policy issue area and respond to a specific
assigned section (below). The policy issue area will be assigned based on your preferences in your introduction, plus ensuring there are
sufficient people in each group.

After review the chapter, please take the following two steps:

First, post your specific policy area brief to this discussion site. First discuss a bit about your policy area in general, what does it include
for example? What are some policy issues currently on the agenda? Below is a specific section to address in your discussion. Each section provides information, resources and a few questions to address. Summarize the issue for other students, and your observations in
answering the questions. Relate your discussion to class concepts we’ve learned. Close with a brief paragraph about what you think might be the hardest part of performing a policy analysis in this topic. Each chapter varies somewhat.

Second, post three salient observations comparing and contrasting your policy area with one other policy area below.

I have attatched the two chapters covering the two policies that are to be utilized for this assignement. I have also attatched the word
document that is to be used when completing this assignment. NO OTHER outside sources other than the textbook chapters I have
included.
