Develop a personal ethical framework for managerial decision making. Incorporate aspects of self-assessments and personal statements that will be provided. One way to think of a personal ethical framework is to determine the personal values that you hold and consider how those values play out in specific situations. Next, you will identify a minimum of three key ethical issues related to your personal profession/career through research, news articles, databases, interviews, etc. Finally, you will offer solutions to the ethical issues based on your personal ethical framework and professional codes of ethics discussed in chapter 11 of the text.
