Individual success plan

Develop a 750-1000 word success plan that synthesizes your HESI exam results, evaluations from all past clinical instructors, clinical experiences, and professional growth. This plan provides identification of opportunities for improvement as you move closer to NCLEX and your nursing practice. The use of S.M.A.R.T. goals must be defined and referenced.

The following components should be in your Individual Success Plan document:

Analyze and identify areas of improvement, including an explanation of how you determined your need to improve.
Define and reference S.M.A.R.T. goals. Utilize the S.M.A.R.T. goal formatted table provided in the “SMART Goal Statement and Success Plan Timeline Template,” located in the course resources, to create three to five S.M.A.R.T. goals, which will enhance your nursing knowledge and practice from the areas you have identified. One goal should be clinical-based. Additionally, include details about how each of your goals individually meet the S.M.A.R.T criteria.
Create and explain a timeline, utilizing the formatted Success Plan Timeline, located in the course resources, for completion of all S.M.A.R.T. goals. The timeline should end prior to HESI Exit Exam #1.
Consider the challenges you expect to encounter as you continue throughout this course. How might you overcome these challenges? Describe interventions to improve following your plan.
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.

Sound academic writing that begins with a purpose statement, supportive content, and conclusion is required. Provide references as noted above to support your goals. Do not go below the 750-word count minimum.
