In the global environment, there are many incidences to draw examples of good, and poor, corporate
social responsibility as well as examples of good, and poor, corporate governance. This assessment
focuses on two recent true stories/discussions to capture your interest in these very important issues.
After reading these stories you are to present your own opinions and justify your stance through
supporting research.
There are two parts to the assessment (see next page). For each part you are required to read the extract
and answer the questions posed. You will have two opinion editorials that will be structured to answer
these two parts. Your answer to each part must start on a new page. You may use subheadings to provide
flow to your arguments.
