Also tge usage of social media and how its important in nowadays. And how they use social media as communication platform and why the designers and customers cannot communicate each other directly. Designers cannot communicate to customers social media becuase of lots of work and it is dealing with retailers. So the current communication of retailers, designers and customers should have to show. Becuase of the communication gap between designers anx customers how it affect product development. How designers use social media now used for product development.
