Competitive advantage is very important for any
company to enhance profitability and higher revenue opportunities. You must
know the various aspects of the same. To prepare for this assignment, read chapter 7 and 8 from
your textbook. All the sections carry equal weights.
Select a company from the Middle East (preferably Saudi) market
and answer the following questions:
Identify the main sources of competitive
advantage of the company you have selected. Is it cost advantage or
