Internal Memo

In my original memo based on the following suggestions to correct, I will upload my original version and two example memo.

Formatting is a major problem.
Introductory “it is” statements are a major problem.
You need to define your research approach.
You need at least four resources.
Run-on sentences are problematic.
You must avoid unsubstantiated claims. Each research section should have evidence.
Do not raise new ideas in the conclusion.
The organization is off. The final section should be “Conclusions & Recommendations.”
The list lacks parallelism.
Random capitalization is a problem.
Your actual recommendation is unclear.
