International Law and Institutions – Subjects of international law

The first part consists of what follows. You should write a text (500 words) to be narrated in a video (maximum duration: four to five minutes) as if you were explaining to your fellows
– why there are few subjects under international law and do we say that only states have natural legal personality,
– how can international organisations acquire / possess international legal personality, and
– what is the significance of states border in international law.

Part 2 works upon one practical case related to the Arctic and common global spaces where 5 questions are to be answered (200 words each).
