Write 2 pages – page count not including the source list or title – about an initiative (group, social movement, new law), that aims to resolve a social problem.
Create short chapters (about 1/3 to 1/2 page each, or 2-3 paragraphs), as following:
1. Introduction (1 paragraph shortly explaining the problem, the initiative, and the two readings from class you plan to connect to them).
2. Description of the Social Problem (6-10 lines)
3. Description of the Initiative (= your chosen case study) (6-10 lines)
4. Short summary of the two theories/readings (relevant to this issue) (7-10 lines, 4-5 for each reading)
5. Discussion (analyze your case using the literature, connect the 2 readings with the initiative – is it a good solution? Why? How could it be better?) (7-10 lines) As well add one source that is relevant to the other sources.(initiative website, news media or from Google scholar) to describe the initiative, the problems it intends to resolve – and how.
