What is their level of satisfaction in this career? What factors influence these levels?
In what ways do they plan to continue to change and grow in their profession? What does the future look like? What are changes in the field and the opportunities for advancements?
What are the concerns they have about the career and some of their struggles? These may be directly related to their employment or how it balances with other aspects of their lifestyle.
How does this career balance with their personal life (family, friends, hobbies, etc.)? Are there ever conflicts?
What recommendations would this person give to someone thinking about this career?
Write a 5-to-6-page APA style paper. Do not simply summarize the answers you received. Synthesize the information and use it to comment on all of the following prompts, using level headings as bookmarks for your reader:
Briefly, set the scene. How did you meet this person? Why did you pick them? How/when did you talk?
