In the first part, you need to select a recent (2020-2023) P.R.C. case in relating to the topic of Shareholder Power and Internal Organization of Companies, and introduce the case

❖ the legal issue,
❖ the decision made by the court and
❖ the legal reasoning process of the court.

In the second part, you need to comment on the case, by citing materials collected from the relevant research they are expected to perform.
