Instructions
1. Answer ALL questions using MS Word. Open a NEW document in MS Word and record your name and student id at the beginning of the MS Word file. 10% of the total mark will be deducted if you do not do so.
2. You must not copy-paste text in your test answers, even if the material is provided to you as part of the unit (e.g. lecture notes or cases). All of your answers should be paraphrased (written in your own words). You should use Chicago 17th referencing and in-text citations to indicate the source of all your ideas.

The final assessment will have case study questions and short answer questions. For each question that makes reference to the case study, the case study will be included before the question.
There final assessment has 5 questions. You should attempt all questions.
The 5 questions have been split into different parts e.g. Question 1 has parts (a) and (b)
