Is The Court’s Approach That Takes on Incrimination of Juvenile Delinquents Approached By The Psychology of Guilt or Truly As a Rehabilitative Method?

I only need help editing my abstract which I am attaching below. I am part of a law research journal and I need a powerful abstract that examines the psychology behind sending a child to a juvenile corrections facility for the intention of making them feel guilty or if it is for the sole purpose of truly rehabilitating them. This is supposed to be a nonbiased essay. I would like some improvement on connecting my thoughts and making the psychology and law aspect of this abstract a lot more prevalent.
