The format and quality of job vacancy postings online can be as varied as the industries and quality of the companies that post them. A well-written job vacancy is the often when the company makes its first impression with potential applicants. As HR professionals, we should always pay careful attention to the information we include in our vacancies that we post for applicants to see. As potential applicants for positions ourselves (I mean HR professionals have to job hunt too), we also must learn to carefully analyze the postings of other companies. This can not only help us when job hunting ourselves, but can also help us to recognize aspects of job vacancies postings we may want to either adapt or avoid when we writing them as part of our duties and responsibilities for our organizations.

3. Point out one aspect of the vacancy that you felt the organization wrote or formatted well AND also point out one aspect of the vacancy that the organization could have written or formatted better.
Make sure you cover the points from all three items above in your original post. There are no word minimums for this discussion, however the quality of your discussion post will factor in to grading.
