Assignment: create a project schedule for the scenario we’ve been working.
Referring to the assigned article on project scheduling, locate the graphic, 8 Steps of the Project Scheduling Process, and plan to define the project activities, determine their dependencies, sequence the activities (knowing which has to happen before another is determining dependencies), estimate durations, and then develop the project schedule. Don’t forget to identify the milestones, which are typically when a customer review occurs or a walk-through or maybe when the permit is approved, etc. Those defining moments that if go wrong, the entire project is over or hugely off-track.
