Specifically for this company called MidPen Housing only serves low-income families. I came up with solutions that need backup.

Solution for Chosen Issue:
1. Increase volunteers/ advisors who are qualified for the job and can teach life skills.
2. Make sure the funding goes into the programs that help the youth excel in their academics and future by providing educational services
3. Increase resources available to the youth who are struggling academically
Why Solution will be Successful:
The correct team and necessary people will help the youth prepare for their future and help them succeed in life.
