Once the merger took place, all of the sudden StarBook became a place full of stress, dissatisfaction, and incivility. Due to the pressures connected with the increased sales goals, problems over the two cultures being integrated, and the departures of some long-standing employees of both of the prior companies very few employees would say that they enjoy working for StarBook anymore. You have been brought in to lead a new initiative that will increase the job satisfaction of employees and reach the intended goals of the merger.
