For the public leader you are selecting, find one peer-reviewed journal article that mentions this leader. Provide insights on the leader from this journal article.
Next, as you develop a comparison, consider any traits or skills that made these individuals effective leaders. Finally, consider the skill of “adaptive capacity” from the seminal article by Bennis and Thomas. In what ways did one or both of the leaders you mention need to use adaptive capacity in their leadership?
