Discuss their effectiveness of cross cultural and aempathetic skills discussed in the textbook “Management Across Cultures” (Steers and Osland), “The Emotionally Intelligent Leader” (Goleman), and “The Inifinite Game” (Sinek). Discuss their responsibilities as a leader, the actions they took (successes and failures) and apply the concepts of leaderships found in Chapter 5 and beyond of Steers and Osland and the later chapters of the other two texts.
