A summary of “The Failures of Leaders” article that identifies and explains the main ideas and concepts in Blunt’s article.
An explanation of the ways in which failure can be valuable to a public sector leader and their organization. [For this topic you should consider aspects of the public sector that make it unique from private sector organizations.]
An explanation of the ways in which you experienced the issues presented in the article at your workplace or in other areas of your life.
An explanation of the one idea in “The Failures of Leaders” article that you found most relevant to your quest to be a more effective leader. (Be sure to explain why you chose this particular idea).

Your grade for this assignment will be based on the insights you provide, and the degree to which you incorporated into your paper ideas in “The Failures of Leaders” article AND the ideas in our readings.
