Paper (Final Project). This work
must be based on information gleaned from recognized leadership, interest, and
self-analytical inventories (minimum of three); readings and class discussions;
conversations with others about your leadership style and skills; your own
assessment of the leadership style and the behavior you would like to
foster. See sample paper.
Basically, discuss how your understanding
of leadership has changed as a result of taking this course. For example, what
were your perceptions of leadership when starting? What have the
self-assessments taught you? Where would you like to be in the future? You have
a lot of freedom when compiling this paper. Self-reflect and have fun with it.
