The students will explore the literature related to leadership and transforming low-performing K-12 public schools into high-performing K-12 schools. This paper must conform to APA 7th edition writing style; consist of an abstract; an introduction, a literature review, discussion, implications, summary, and references. In addition, a minimum of eight pages of text, excluding the cover page, abstract, and references; and at least ten references must be utilized. Organize written material effectively, write in a logical, clear style, use appropriate grammar and sentence structure, use language appropriate for the topic, correctly apply mechanics of writing, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation; and use standard English in written communication.
