This course work is from my food course. I have attached a template that has to be filled out and at the bottom, i have written some questions that may be helpful when you fill in the template.
Questions/issues to consider
1.Ownership of the brand, if applicable – is the owner on the label or is that company part of a larger conglomerate? Does the owner make the product or is it produced by someone else but with a store label on it (called co-packing)?

3. The agricultural commodity – what varieties, classes, grades, or cuts are tailored to the end product?
4. Commodity and marketing organizations that influence the supply chain and what they do.
5. Consumer price of the product and how much the farmer is likely to see of the consumer dollar.
6. Does the product contribute to the creation of an environmentally sustainable and health-promoting food system?
