Legal and Ethical Case Study Analysis:
Students will choose from a pool of legal and ethical case studies to review and analyze. Students
will identify the law, legal precedent, or policy that frames the case, how the law was applied,
outcomes resulting from the application, ramifications of those decisions, and implications for
future practice. The case study analysis will include a review of relevant legal theory, similar and
presented cases, an overview of the situation and outcomes, and a summary of implications for
future best practice. The paper will be 5-7 pages in length, in APA format, and includes a full
bibliography
