Students will submit plan(s) to show a sequence of teaching and learning of an area of mathematics that demonstrates the effective inclusion of specific appropriate representations and provision of opportunities to promote mathematical communication. They will also submit an accompanying essay that references the theoretical and research basis for their choices.

– Demonstrate a clear understanding of relevant learning theories with specific reference to the development of. mathematical understanding
– Make reference to appropriate literature, including theoretical models and statutory documentation
