— Measurable; specify size of problem and its operational and business impact in measureable terms

GOAL STATEMENT:
— Target level of performance to be achieved by the project, and by when
— SMART: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time bound

Note: CTQs are the performance characteristics of a process, product or service that are critically important to customers.
