List and explain three key points about planning instruction for adult learners.
Whether you will teach online or face-to-face, this week’s readings should have elements that are applicable to any context. Remember that online aspects pertain to any computer work you have adults do in your face-to-face classroom, in campus computer labs, or on their own electronic devices.
Draw from the readings/literature as you post and think about the following:
best practices;
promoting discourse/discussion—student-to-student discussion, professor-to-student discussion, etc.;
the needs of adult learners; and
creating active (not passive) learning experiences.
