Annotation part 1: Summarize the article. What is the purpose? What did the authors set out to prove? How did they do it? And what were the results?
Part 2: Reflect on how this article could be used in the clincial or work setting to improve outcomes for aute and/or chronic patients and contriute in terms of quality and/or safety.

This could be related to care of acute or chronic patients, or about nursing leadership, management, or collaboration with the interprofessional team.

Evidence-based (research or quality improvement)
Peer-reviewed
Journal article no more than up to 5 years old.
