Textbook: Human Resource Management (attached)
Article: The use of mobile learning technologies for corporate training and development: A contextual framework (attached).

Background Information.
Mobile learning technologies can be rolled out for the training and development of corporate employees. The training organizations can encourage their course participants to engage in self-directed learning and development through formal, informal, or microlearning contexts. Corporate educators and services providers of continuous professional training and development can use mobile learning applications to improve the employees’ skills and competencies. This may in turn lead to increased organizational productivities and competitiveness (Butler, Camilleri, Creed, and Zutshi, 2021, p. 18).

This assignment requires the reading and utilization of the concepts found in the Butler, et al. (2021) article entitled, The use of mobile learning technologies for corporate training and development: A contextual framework. A preview of that article is best obtained from its abstract:

This contribution has identified the contextual factors like the usefulness and the ease of use of m-learning applications (apps), individual learning styles and their motivations, time, spatial issues, integration with other learning approaches, as well as the cost and accessibility of them-learning technology. In conclusion, this contribution identifies future research avenues relating to the use of m-learning technologies among businesses and training organizations (Butler, et al. 2021, p. 1).

For the one-page action plan, you are to create a learning and development plan in graphic form (i.e., chart(s), table(s), picture(s), or other forms (s) of graphics) to close the gap. The plan is to be detailed and follow the guidelines of SMART goals (i.e., Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely). Its purpose is to be a visual model or table that will help you stay on target for achieving your identified goals within the timeframe identified. A number of images of one-page action plans can be found on the Internet.
(4) The paper should adhere to all APA requirements. Thoroughly edit the paper for mechanics (i.e., sentence structure, grammar, punctuation, and spelling) prior to submitting the paper.
