Making the Case, Part III: Putting it all Together

Develop and submit your final presentation. The presentation
should include the following sections:
*Section 1—the case you presented Week 1, along with
adjustments made based on feedback from your
Instructor and colleagues.
*Section 2—the action plan that you developed in Week
2, along with adjustments made based feedback from
your Instructor and colleagues.
*Section 3—final reflections after reviewing the case you
made for focusing on this population, your SMART
goals and action plans, and the feedback you received
from your colleagues and Instructor.
