Managing the Visitor Experience

You should use a minimum of ten
sources which should all be cited within the text of the report and
referenced in a ‘List of References’.
Reference all ideas, quotes, and information which you obtain from
books, articles and the Internet using APA style. Direct quotes can only
be up to a limit of 10% of your assignment and should be placed in “quote
marks”. If you do not appropriately
reference ideas, quotes and information taken from published sources, it
may be considered plagiarism (theft of ideas) and you may be awarded zero
marks (0%) for the assignment.
Similarly, you should not plagiarise the work of another student;
such action may result in both students receiving zero marks (0%) for the
assignment.
Assignments
in excess (or short) of 10 percent of the word limit will be penalised by
10 percent of marks for every 10 percent of the excess (or shortage) of
words.

Additional
Notes:
Structure
your answers logically and clearly.
Marks may also be deducted in
each section if the writing is difficult to understand (e.g., spelling,
grammar and punctuation errors).
TurnItIn will be used to check
for copying or plagiarism. Students
with a similarity index of more than 10% may be referred to AIS Student
Disciplinary Committee. Students can consult the lecturer if they are unsure
how to cite sources in the main body of the report or in the reference
list.
Consult with your lecturer if
you are unsure of any of the instructions given in this assignment.
