Marijuana is a Schedule 1 drug despite being shown to have several medical applications and questionable addictive properties. Currently, the Federal Government and States are at odds as to the harm of this drug.
Based on your research, is this drug scheduled correctly?
Is there a neurological basis from which to argue that marijuana is not in the same class as heroin in terms of hijacking the brain? Please provide peer reviewed research to justify your position
